CT Technologist II

Overview Provide diagnostic CT scans for interpretation by radiologist or performing physician and perform interventional and special procedures (biopsy, ablation, myelography, arthography and any other such procedures). Assist radiologist in special CT procedures and provide patient care essential to all procedures. Able to be on call if needed. Apply principles of radiation safety. Organize the daily schedule and serve as a dedicated resource to the CT team on shift. Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of a Bachelor's degree program. Required Education: Successful completion of an accredited Radiography program. Certifications: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. A.R.R.T. registered or registry eligible upon hire, and A.R.R.T. achieved within six months of employment.
