Duties
Plan, organize, direct, and manage the Group's Clinical Quality/Performance Improvement programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to meet organizational needs.
Develop goals and objectives which integrate Performance Improvement and Quality Management.
Research, interpret, analyze and apply accrediting agency standards.
Provide guidance, consultative, and facilitator services to departments within the organization, achieving performance improvement goals and overall clinical quality activities.
Conduct studies, review clinical and business indicators, analyze findings/trends, and make recommendations for best options to affect organization-wide quality outcomes.
