Konar Properties is a family-owned real-estate development company. We develop, own, and manage commercial properties and multi-family communities in Rochester and Western NY.

We are looking for FT highly skilled Maintenance Technicians in Residential Property Management.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license. A min. 3 years' experience in the apartment maintenance or similar trade, plus experience in apartment turnovers required.
Maintenance Technician skills required: carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall.
High School Diploma or greater required.
