Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end payroll operations for multi‑entity and multi‑shift environments. Manage benefit and retirement deductions, union and FLSA compliance, garnishments, and audits. Conduct payroll tax filings, year‑end activities, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate daily with nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team to solve problems quickly and keep frontline caregivers focused on patients.
