Purpose of the Job

As a Technical Program Manager, you will bridge the gap between advanced technology and user experience, driving high-priority automation initiatives for our client's expanding hardware, services, and subscription business. In this role, you will lead digital transformation by building scalable AI solutions, automated system architectures, and agentic workflows that empower global marketing operations. We are looking for a technical generalist and natural collaborator who combines deep technical project management expertise with creative problem-solving. Partnering with engineering teams and global marketing peers, you will use a structural yet highly practical approach to quickly deploy and scale technologies that showcase how our products solve everyday and monumental problems.

This role is ideally based or on the west coast time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in guiding over 700 team members through the adoption of new AI tools, automated workflows, and system architectures through each NPI.
• Lead cross-functional change management across marketing teams in partnership with leadership, reinforcing the adoption of scalable technical frameworks and AI solutions.
• Drive technical timelines, engineering efficiency, and system consistency across global, regional, and local teams while managing sprint timelines, deliverables, technical debt, and risks.
• Translate complex marketing requirements into robust system architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency through automation.
• Lead technical syncs with over 50 stakeholders and coordinate daily prioritization, requirements gathering, and scheduling across engineering and marketing teams.
• Leverage high emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate the ambiguity of deploying complex systems within a large global organization, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage recurring technical meetings, system reviews, and architecture blueprint sessions, including sending agendas and tracking action items.
• Documentation: Maintain and update the technical Single Source of Truth (SSOT), including deployment timelines, sprint adjustments, system documentation, and team best practices.
• Access & Repository Management: Manage initial technical repository setups, system permissions, API documentation links, AI platform access, and architecture design documents.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7+ years of technical program management experience, successfully bridging technical and non-technical teams.
• 5+ years of experience working within a complex, large global organization.
• Demonstrated foundational knowledge of system architecture, API integrations, and AI/Machine Learning concepts.
• Proficiency with technical project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for marketing and management teams.
• Proven ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with near-term execution.
• Strong aptitude for distilling complex technical and architectural problems into simple, meaningful stories for business and marketing stakeholders.
