Job Responsibilities:
The Tax Co-op will assist the team with all or some of the following:
Structure chart preparation for deals
Document management for deal and entity related information
Prepare deal and entity checklists
Prepare investor analysis schedule for deals
Participate in various projects and initiatives to enhance and improve operational efficiency
Gather and organize information for 2025 tax compliance
Prepare workpaper and analysis for 2025 tax compliance
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with strong attention to details
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Dedicated team player with strong sense of ownership and follow through skills
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe preferred
Compensation:
Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $24.00 – $26.00
