Each optometrist is paired with a dedicated technician, and they also have multiple opticians at each location to bolster your work, making you feel welcomed and valued. They provide state-of-the-art equipment, including autorefractors with topography, Optos for every patient, Cirrus OCTs, and HFA3s at each location. Training is available if you're unfamiliar with any of these systems.This position is salaried, with a starting pay of around $150,000, a competitive salary that reflects your value to us, and are open to negotiating for the right candidate. Additionally, they offer bonus potential, as well as signing bonuses and relocation assistance, to show our appreciation for your hard work. The comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare, 401K, covered continuing education, and malpractice insurance. We also offer a 6% bonus on receipts after reaching a set amount in 1 year, as well as signing bonuses and relocation assistance.Requirements:Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining.
