Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

We have 2 patients in Elkin. Both cases are available for Full Time and Part Time nurses. 

Schedule: Mon- Fri (8am- 5pm)

Location/Setting: Elkin (28621)

Age Range: 2 available patients, (12 years old) or (1 year old)

Acuity: Low Acuity

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
