About the Team The Marketing team at Stan is responsible for translating Stan’s brand into world and plays a key role in extending us beyond the screen. Our goal is to turn merch into a meaningful expression of Creator identity and a powerful organic touchpoint for Stan. We’re a small, creative group that works closely with Brand, Creative, and Marketing to craft merch that feels intentional, elevated, and unmistakably Stan. We value taste, craft, and cultural intuition, and operate with a high degree of ownership and creative freedom. This is a great team for someone who loves building objects that people feel emotionally connected to—and that quietly do brand work every time they show up in the world. About the Role Do you obsess over brands like Kith? Of creating clothing & items that make people just go “oooo” and “I NEED to have that”? Do you pair your incredible eye for design and aesthetic with intentional thought around how your specific customer lives their life? All to create an object that seamleslly and cleverly fits into their “day to day”? And then from there, do you think about how that item can show up as an organic impression for your brand? All while the merch itself becomes a signal for your customer’s own identity? If so — then this role is for you.
