Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

What You Will Do Support daily warehouse operations by managing shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics activities. This role ensures accurate material flow to support installation and service teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare shipments, schedule freight pickups, and complete shipping documentation Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, including resolving damage or discrepancies Pick, stage, and issue parts and inventory to support field teams Maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, and track returns (RMAs) Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external carriers Operate warehouse equipment to move materials safely Maintain tracking logs, tools, safety supplies and warehouse organization Communicate daily with teams regarding shipment and inventory status Take ownership of warehouse organization and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines 2–4+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience Experience with inventory systems and shipping documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move materials safely Experience with hazardous materials shipping and related documentation (preferred) Excellent communication skills HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23.00-33.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.)
