Exciting Opportunity: 4-Day Work Week in a Beautiful Location

Become a part of a well-established Urology program featuring 11 providers, including 6 MDs, recognized for its strong collaborative environment. This program emphasizes teamwork and exceptional patient care, making it an ideal setting for new Urologists to thrive.

Position Overview:

• Type of Facility: Non-Profit Hospital, 411-bed Regional Tertiary Care Center (Level 2).
• Work Schedule: Standard 4 x 10-hour days per week, with options for alternate schedules if preferred.
• Equipment: Access to 4 DaVinci Robots and open block time for the incoming physician.
• Specialties Needed: Endourologist/Robotic Urology, URPS/FPMRS (or Female Interest), and General Urologist with diverse skills. All interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Compensation: Competitive salary model focused on quality outcomes and patient care.
• Work-Life Balance: Move away from the pressures of patient quotas and revenue targets, and concentrate on delivering outstanding Urological care.
• Salary Structure: Strong base salary with no production component, along with a signing bonus and relocation assistance.

• Call Schedule: 1:8 call covering one hospital, with a goal to transition to 1:10. Call is managed weekly with no in-house requirements, and an APP handles first call during the week.

• Qualifications: Board eligibility and completion of a Urology residency in the USA are required.
