**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors to our organization and will provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
3. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
5. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
6. Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
7. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
8. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
