Join our team as a Design Integration Engineer and play a key role in connecting design, preconstruction, and project execution for complex Design-Build and CMGC projects. What You’ll Do Bridge the gap between design and construction teams for seamless project delivery. Analyze plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and verify site conditions. Develop and manage 3D models for preconstruction planning. Collaborate with owners, designers, and internal stakeholders to resolve design challenges. Assist with proposals, bid documents, and construction schedules. Manage RFIs, submittals, and contract documentation. Provide constructability reviews and design clarifications. Support project layout and survey activities. What We’re Looking For Degree: Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Experience: 1+ year in highway heavy construction. Skills: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Trimble tools (Business Center, Siteworks, Earthworks), AGTEK, Civil 3D. Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.
