Greystar is seeking a Maintenance position to ensure the physical community is well-maintained, safe, and presentable for residents and guests. The role supports the service team and responds to routine maintenance tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities include grounds care, turnover of vacant units during make-ready, and adherence to safety policies with a focus on resident satisfaction and quality service.
