Assistant Controller

Nichols College is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting activities and lead a GL accounting team through month-end close. The role supports financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and internal controls in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. The position offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office and 1 day remote after training; during training, 5 days in office.
