Chief Engineer (Hotel Maintenance)

Opportunity: Chief EngineerManage general and preventative maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure.Your Growth PathArea Chief Engineer – Regional Director of EngineeringYour FocusLeadership: Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to ensure they perform in accordance with brand standards and HHM core values.Financial and Vendor Oversight: Manage and coordinate bids, quotes, and contracts for 3rd party vendors.Project Management: Oversee small projects or Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) and report on work progress.Technical Repairs: Perform and oversee diverse tasks including sheetrock repair, painting, furniture refinishing, and the replacement of electrical and plumbing fixtures.Equipment and Systems: Troubleshoot kitchen equipment and repair heating/cooling pumps.
