Organizational Design Consultant

Job Summary Responsible for providing leadership to moderately complex, strategic Organizational Effectiveness (OE) initiatives and programs across divisions and subdivisions through organizational design interventions. Partner with senior organization design resources to deliver large, complex design projects. Provide consultative oversight to assigned projects, working with HR Business Partners and leaders in small to medium or multiple departments to drive organizational change. Responsibilities Provide leadership for moderately complex OE initiatives and programs. Partner with senior resources to deliver large, complex organizational design projects. Offer consultative oversight to assigned projects, partnering with HRBPs & leaders. Develop, embed, and roll out organizational design methodologies, tools, and templates at the enterprise level. Evaluate and diagnose current states; identify design needs to enable transformation of strategy, structure, and staffing. Develop future‑state approaches and organization design options; facilitate implementation and support execution. Provide feedback to measure effectiveness of results. Work flexibly in a hybrid role: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of consulting experience in organizational design, operating model design, process design, process re‑engineering, capability mapping, design, project management, or human resources. Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement, and evaluation. Project management skills to organize and guide initiatives to achieve goals in a timely manner. Experience working collaboratively in a diverse work group. Strong consultative and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Analytical skills, including development of methodologies and tools. Leadership and management experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree. Organizational design certification. Health insurance or healthcare industry experience. Experience delivering end‑to‑end complex organization design projects. Compensation Base Pay Range: $84,400.00 – $152,300.00 (varies by skills, experience, and location).
