Title: Patient Transport/Lobby Supervisor (Rotating Schedule) - Evanston Hospital-Endeavor Health Requisition #: 667247 Location: Evanston, IL, US, 60201 Location: Evanston Hospital, Evanston IL Job Description The Lobby/Patient Transport Supervisor position at Evanston Hospital-Endeavor Health is responsible for developing and implementing patient transport solutions. The Lobby/Patient Transport Supervisors offer a wide variety of transport solutions to meet customer and client needs. Candidates MUST upload a resume to be considered for this position. Position Type: Full-Time Shift: Rotating Shifts (Schedule), Weekends and Holidays based on department needs. COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $20 to $25 If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Job Responsibilities Transport patients in a high-volume department. Work with Supervisor to help problem solve and mitigate issues. Daily interaction with the clients at the hospital to ensure timely and efficient services. Daily interaction with staff to ensure patient safety. Customer service experience Problem resolution Management experience, healthcare/hospital environment is preferred Experience training employees; acts as a backup to Patient Transport Manager Proficient using the computer - office skills At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Qualifications Management experience, healthcare/hospital environment is preferred Requires at least three years' experience and up to two years in a management role Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Customer service experience Problem resolution Experience training employees; acts as a backup to Patient Transport Manager Proficient using the computer - office skills This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
