NP/PA - Priority Care (Walk-In Clinic)

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Priority Care (Walk-In Clinic) team in Cottage Grove, Oregon. This is a full-time opportunity within a collaborative, well-supported clinic environment embedded in a primary care setting.

Practice broad-scope urgent and walk-in care while enjoying a 4-day work week in a close-knit community known for outdoor access and work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• Full-time (1.0 FTE) Priority Care / Walk-In Clinic

• 4-day work week

• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm

• Priority Care embedded within a primary care clinic

• Care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of procedures

• Rapid response support from the Emergency Department available 24/7

Clinical Support and Resources

• Inbox Clinician Program designed to help minimize inbox burden

• Dedicated Clinician Well-Being Program

• Onsite resources including:

• Behavioral Health

• Social Work

• ACC Clinic

• Imaging (MRI and Ultrasound)

• Diabetes education and nutrition services

Compensation and Benefits

• First-year salary guarantee: $143,707 (1.0 FTE)

• Production-based compensation model with additional earning potential
