Project Manager & Site Civil Engineer — Lead Communities

We’re expanding our Community Development team in Tampa and looking for a Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful projects and play a key role in shaping communities across Florida. In this role, you’ll lead and work on projects that are designed by CPH’s Community Development Team with a focus on the site civil aspects of the design including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, construction plan preparation, and permitting. These projects are for a variety of clients locally, regionally, and throughout the U.S. Projects include parks and recreation, operations and public works complexes, public safety, education and institutional projects, airport facilities, and localized and regional drainage systems. You will lead the team and projects from initial concept and due diligence through permitting and construction.
