About the Roles:

• Positions Available: Banquet Server, Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Busser, Host/Hostess, Line Cook

• Location: Various partner venues and facilities throughout the area

• Compensation: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (depending on role and experience)

• Schedule: Flexible shifts including daytime, evenings, weekends, and event-based coverage. Shift lengths vary from single-day event help to recurring weekly schedules. Last-minute call-in opportunities are also available for those wanting extra hours.

Key Responsibilities by Role:

• Event Server: Set up dining tables, serve food and beverages professionally during events, clear plates, and assist with event break-down.

• Dishwasher: Operate commercial dishwashing equipment, wash cookware and utensils by hand, maintain a clean sanitation station, and safely restock clean items.

• Prep Cook: Assist kitchen leadership by washing, peeling, chopping ingredients, prepping portion sizes, and following food safety guidelines.

• Busser: Clear dirty dishes, wipe down and sanitize tables, reset dining area seating, and assist servers with floor maintenance.

• Host / Hostess: Welcome arriving guests, manage seating rotation, answer basic dining inquiries, and maintain a tidy entrance area.

• Line Cook: Prepare menu items to order on the hot line, ensure proper cooking temperatures, and maintain a clean, organized station.

General Expectations & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable transportation.

• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.

• Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs during a shift.

• Flexibility to handle fast-paced event environments.
