The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center is a spacious, newly renovated 121-bed skilled nursing facility located in a charming neighborhood setting in metro Boston, MA. Conveniently situated just minutes from Route 93 and easily accessible by public transportation, The Bostonian is a preferred post-acute care partner for leading hospitals throughout the Boston area.

We proudly offer a full continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite services—delivered by a compassionate, experienced team dedicated to exceptional outcomes.

RN $43-$47.50/hr. plus $1.50-$3.50 shift differentials

Shifts Available:

• Part-Time All Shifts
• Full-Time 7a-3p

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred
• Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
