You'll be behind the scenes, managing stock and keeping our merchandise flowing to the shelves so visitors can enjoy a seamless shopping experience.What You'll DoInventory Master: Handle all incoming inventory receipts, ensuring everything is accurate, organized, and in prime condition.Data Champion: Follow procedures to maintain data integrity, making sure our inventory is always accurate and up-to-date.Stockroom Pro: Receive, transfer, pack, stock, and ticket merchandise with precision, keeping everything neat and ready for guests.Inventory Control Guru: Perform cycle counts, manage transfers, and implement price changes as needed.Organizational Wizard: Keep our stockroom in tip-top shape—organized, clean, and up to company standards.Team Player: Work closely with the Store Director and Assistant Director, stepping in for additional tasks when needed to ensure the store runs smoothly.What We're Looking ForPhysical Ability: You can comfortably lift and move up to 75 pounds. This is a role that keeps you on your feet and moving!Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills are essential for tracking inventory and processing data.Flexibility: You're available to work weekends and evenings, adapting to the needs of the store and museum's busy schedule.Communication Skills: You can easily collaborate with your team and keep things running efficiently.Experience a Plus: Stockroom experience is great, but if you're new to it, we'll provide the training to get you up to speed!Physical Demands: You'll be standing, walking, and using your hands throughout the day to handle merchandise. You may occasionally need to reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch as part of your role.
