Resumen Estamos buscando un freelancer experimentado en Riesgo y Seguridad para servir como consultor externo, apoyando a los clientes con necesidades de seguridad, cumplimiento y gestión de riesgos según sea necesario. Este no es un rol a tiempo completo ni interno, sino un compromiso flexible y híbrido diseñado para proporcionar orientación experta cuando los clientes requieren apoyo especializado en seguridad. Responsabilidades Apoyar a los clientes con necesidades de seguridad, cumplimiento y gestión de riesgos según sea necesario. Proporcionar orientación experta cuando los clientes requieren apoyo especializado en seguridad. Ayudar a las organizaciones a mantener el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de seguridad, identificar riesgos operativos y fortalecer las prácticas de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo. Trabajar de manera independiente mientras colabora con los equipos de liderazgo y de clientes para ofrecer recomendaciones prácticas y accionables. Proporcionar recomendaciones prácticas y centradas en el negocio. Colaborar con equipos de liderazgo para operar de manera independiente. Colaborar con múltiples clientes y proporcionar orientación de seguridad de alto impacto. Calificaciones Buen conocimiento de las regulaciones de OSHA y estándares de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo. Experiencia realizando evaluaciones de riesgos, auditorías e investigaciones de incidentes. Excelentes habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de resolución de problemas. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente. Se prefieren certificaciones profesionales como OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, ASP, o equivalentes. Se requiere ser bilingüe (inglés/español). Compromiso Compromiso flexible por proyectos en modalidad freelance. Se requerirá capacidad para operar de manera independiente mientras se colabora con los equipos de liderazgo.
