Anaplan Model Builder
Responsibilities
Maintain existing Anaplan models, with a focus on continuous improvement, incorporating new functionality and fixing issues in production to support business users
Translate business problems and requirements into new Anaplan multi-dimensional models
Partner with business leads to support business objectives and initiatives by understanding requirements and converting use cases into Anaplan models
Monitor and validate data flows to and from Anaplan platform
Collaborate with the data engineering team to establish new data connections in and out of Anaplan
Be the Subject Matter Expert by providing technical direction and guidance in the implementation of large-scale, Anaplan projects
Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment with project team
Estimate level of effort and prioritize backlog of work in a way that satisfies stakeholder and team expectations
Qualifications
Minimum:
Level 2 Certified Model Builder in Anaplan.
Experience with relational databases and working with large data structures, as well as any developer knowledge in other BI reporting tools (particularly Tableau or Power BI), and database query applications such as SQL
Preferred:
2 years experience in Anaplan Model building / Development
Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner (preferred)
Ability to collaborate with global teams and work in a fast paced, results driven environment tackling complex problems
