Reefer Truck Driver Job Details

Top earning potential that rewards experience. Earn $0.64 - $0.72CPM* based on experience and average $1,400-$1,800 per week.
Limited time $5,000 sign-on bonus!
Consistent miles with a predictable schedule. Run 2,200-2,500+ miles per week on steady OTR freight, staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm.
Easy freight, smoother days. Haul 100% no-touch refrigerated freight with no forced NYC dispatch.
Dedicated opportunities available. Some locations offer dedicated routes - ask your recruiter for details.

Dry Van Driver Job Details

Strong pay that grows with you. Earn $0.58 - $0.67CPM based on experience and average $1,400-$1,800 per week.*
Limited time $2,500 sign-on bonus!*
Reliable miles with scheduled home time. Average 2,500-2,800+ miles per week on consistent OTR lanes, typically running one to two weeks out with structured time off you can plan around.
No-touch freight, no NYC pressure. 100% no-touch dry van with no forced NYC dispatch.
Extra pay for your time. Earn detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage.
Regional options available. Some locations offer regional lanes - speak with a recruiter to learn more

CDL-A Lease Operator Overview

Revenue that rewards your business. Earn 75% of line haul revenue, with top lease take-home pay ranging from $130,000-$150,000 per year, plus 50CPM on deadhead miles.*
Modern trucks built to perform. Run 2023 or newer Kenworth models, giving you reliable, up-to-date equipment for the road ahead.
A lease built around you. Start with no money down and no credit check required, with your first two truck payments delayed to help you get rolling. Weekly truck payments range $625-$775 based on truck year,* with no interest or mileage penalties, and the option to purchase at fair market value or start a new lease at your term's end.
Home time you can count on. Home every 2-3 weeks with planned resets you can count on.
