Account Manager

Managing a portfolio of the largest regional gaming publishers' campaigns, the full-time Senior Account Manager - Gaming will serve as the primary contact for clients, devise campaign strategies, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for client communication and daily advisory, addressing requests professionally and promptly Oversee management, cross-selling, and up-selling of gaming campaign portfolios, providing regular status reports and improvement suggestions Assist in the integration and optimization of gaming campaigns to enhance revenue and user engagement, while collaborating with various internal teams Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, particularly in the in-app gaming advertising sector Proficiency in working with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and data analytics tools Fluent in English, with written and spoken proficiency in Chinese; knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a plus Strong analytical skills and a consultative approach to client relationships Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
