About the Facility:
Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Fort Collins known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeedwhether you're a new grad or seasoned PT
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Rate Range: ? $40 - 50/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CO License (or eligible to obtain)
- New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
- Strong communication and time management skills
