Director, Portfolio Management

Drive the process across product and platform teams to organize a connected roadmap that recognizes timeframes and dependencies. Organize planning events and lead teams through structured planning processes on a consistent cadence. Lead the annual budgeting process across product teams and strategic projects. Lead executive committee meetings to align strategic priorities and evaluate trade-off options. Operate as chief of staff to the CTO - managing the operating rhythm, priorities, and follow-through of the technology leadership team. Establish and mature portfolio and program management standards, tools, and delivery disciplines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in portfolio or program management, technology strategy, PMO leadership, or technology operations, including leading planning and budgeting processes. Experience serving as a chief of staff or senior advisor to a technology or business executive is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success building connected roadmaps and leading structured planning across multiple teams. Experience owning or leading an annual technology budgeting process. Strong command of product operating models, program/portfolio management methods, and planning and roadmap tooling. Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. Background in hospitality, travel, retail, or enterprise technology preferred.
