Base Pay: $35,000-$42,000 annually ($16.82- $20.19 hourly)

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for attending the shipping office window to assist with truck drivers that are making deliveries and picking up loads. They also monitor trailer pools within the yard, including updating load plans and verification. The ideal candidate will complete Bill of Lading and other associated billing documents and provide aid to warehouse associates with radio frequency (RF) issues.

• Punctuality and attendance are extremely important to the success of the operations in general as well as contributing to an overall positive team atmosphere. Dependable job attendance is expected.

Shift Information : Monday-Friday, 1st shift: 8am-4:30pm

• Overtime possible as schedule is work until completion
• Saturday overtime possible with advance notice

Work Environment : Distribution Center in Whiteland IN

• The job is within a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, fumes, and noise.
• Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Required to lift heavy materials, stand, squat and bend with or without reasonable accommodations
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems
• Experience in the Transportation industry
