Job Type: 12-month Contract What you’ll do: Serve as project’s technical lead in the migration of reports from Business Objects platform to Power BI. Design, build, and maintain data architecture (database, data warehouses, and data processing systems) Develop and manage data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Collaborate with data analysts to understand data needs and provide appropriate solutions. Implement data quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Ensure data security and privacy, complying with company regulations and policies. Document data processes and architectures. Support patch implementations on servers (database, applications) and periodic password changes. What you have: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field. More than 5 years' experience in data engineering, including data architecture design and management. Demonstrable experience in data engineering, including data architecture design and management. Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g. Mongo DB) Knowledge and experience in the use of the Microsoft Integration Services tool (SSIS Processes) Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. Attetion to detail and strong analytical skills. Intermediate experience with dataflows and Power BI platform. Knowledge of "Paginated Reports" and "Direct Connections" Fully fluent in English.
