Our firm provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and accounting services to restaurants, retail businesses, transportation companies, construction companies, and other small-business entrepreneurs.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tax Accountant role based in Bensenville, IL. The Tax Accountant will prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and possesses strong leadership and organizational skills.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the following areas:
- Business Tax Return Preparation: Forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065
- Individual Tax Return Preparation: Form 1040
- Bookkeeping: Xero and QuickBooks
- Financial Statements: Preparation of small-business cash-basis financial statements
- Sales Tax: Preparation and filing of sales tax returns
- Payroll: Payroll tax return review, xhyhwjd reconciliation, and related compliance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-service abilities
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
Experience serving small businesses and clients in the restaurant, retail, transportation, and construction industries is highly desirable
