Physical Therapist, General — travel assignment in Kodiak, Alaska. Start date October 5, 2026 for a weeks-long contract in a Critical Access Hospital setting with outpatient, acute care, and SNF coverage. Weekly pay ranges from $2,491 to $2,652 per week. Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks (may be adjusted with one 10-hour shift off every 2 weeks). Day shift, 5x8. Setting emphasizes acute care, long-term care, and outpatient services without on-call requirements.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services across Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF settings within scope
- Address wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric considerations as applicable; primary focus on adults and geriatrics
- Conduct evaluations, implement treatment plans, document progress in Epic, and participate in daily rounds and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team
- Perform patient education, discharge planning, and ensure safe, compliant therapeutic interventions
- Float across assigned units as needed and support coverage; adhere to a 3 of 5 holiday commitment

Requirements
- Alaska Physical Therapy license; compact license must be in hand at submission
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience; first-time travelers accepted; pediatrics/adolescent experience preferred
- Epic charting experience; ability to work across Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF
- Day shift availability; ability to float within scope and commit to holiday coverage
- Local address rule: permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)
