Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Weekday Outpatient RolePhysical Therapist Job in Piscataway, NJWe are recruiting a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist for an outpatient physical therapy office in Piscataway, New Jersey.Pay: $90,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Schedule: Approximately 1–2 patients per hour Practice Type: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical TherapyPosition OverviewThis position is well suited for a PT who enjoys working directly with orthopedic patients throughout the rehabilitation process.You'll assess patients experiencing pain, weakness, limited range of motion, post-surgical restrictions, or difficulty completing daily activities. From there, you'll create and carry out treatment programs focused on improving movement and helping patients work toward practical functional goals.The role combines clinical assessment, exercise-based rehabilitation, patient education, progress monitoring, and clear documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial and follow-up physical therapy assessmentsDevelop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditionsProvide therapeutic exercise, strengthening, stretching, balance, and mobility interventionsUse manual therapy techniques when indicatedMonitor functional improvement throughout the course of careUpdate treatment approaches based on patient response and clinical findingsProvide clear home exercise and self-management instructionsComplete required clinical notes and progress documentationCoordinate with referring providers as appropriate
