Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onsite Lead

job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to drive service delivery, operational governance, and continuous security improvement for a enterprise client in Houston, TX. In this role, you will act as the primary technical point of contact onsite, leading operational teams and overseeing key identity governance initiatives.

responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of IAM services, ensuring compliance with SLAs, security controls, and operational metrics.
• Direct incident, problem, request, and change management workflows for enterprise IAM technologies.
• Lead onsite delivery teams, establishing priorities, workload balance, and performance standards.
• Serve as the main technical and operational liaison between client executives, infrastructure teams, and offshore delivery groups.
• Provide SME-level technical leadership across identity governance, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access management.

qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of overall IT experience with significant focus on enterprise IAM service delivery and leadership.

Proven subject matter expertise in Saviynt Identity Cloud / Saviynt IGA platform administration and governance.

Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Strong ITIL-aligned operations, incident management, and client stakeholder management experience.

Must be locally based in Houston, TX and able to work 100% in-office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Familiarity with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, and modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
