Chick-fil-A Ironwood & Ocotillo DTO is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Morning Shift Leaders . This is an opportunity to gain hands-on leadership experience, develop a team, and build skills that can help you grow at Chick-fil-A and beyond.
You’ll help set the tone for the day by leading Team Members, supporting restaurant operations, and making sure every guest receives the exceptional food, service, and hospitality Chick-fil-A is known for.

What You’ll Do
As a Morning Shift Leader, you’ll:
- Lead and support Team Members during daily operations
- Help create a positive, encouraging team environment
- Set the tone and expectations for the shift
- Train, coach, and develop new and existing Team Members
- Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs
- Help maintain high standards for food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Lead shifts and serve as a key holder when assigned
- Assist with opening responsibilities
- Count drawers and complete applicable cash-management responsibilities
- Address Team Member performance and behavioral concerns appropriately
- Communicate clearly with Team Members and restaurant leadership

Previous leadership, restaurant, or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
