Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and follow written batch instructions in English
• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable chemical blending experience in a manufacturing environment
• Manual chemical blending experience required (not automated systems)
• Experience working with hazardous chemicals and batch formulations
• Forklift experience, preferably sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• HazMat and HazWoper certifications are a plus but not required

Job Duties

• Manually blend chemical products according to batch tickets and specifications
• Measure and mix 4-8 raw materials to create chemical formulations
• Follow safety procedures while handling acids, caustics, flammables, solvents, and specialty chemicals
• Package, label, and down-pack hazardous materials as needed
• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory counts
• Work both indoors and outdoors while wearing required PPE and respirator equipment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to wear a chemical suit and full-face air-purifying respirator for extended periods
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions for 6+ hours per day
• Perform physically demanding manual blending activities
• Stand, walk, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and transportation required

What You Will Do


As a Chemical Blender you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.


A Chemical Blender supports warehouse success by accurately receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products according to established procedures. This role combines physical activity with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations.


The Chemical Blender works with inventory systems, warehouse equipment, shipping documentation, and customer orders while helping maintain efficient workflows and inventory accuracy. Consistency and teamwork support operational excellence.
