Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE

Special Education Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Provide legal defense in special education cases
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and advocate effectively
• Collaborate with team members across various practice groups
• Maintain compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Manage a caseload with a focus on quality and detail
• Meet billable hour requirements

Special Education Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in defense, with consideration for plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
• Transferable skills from administrative law or teaching experience
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
• Big Law experience is preferred
