Site Contract Manager

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Site Contract Manager to prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and budgets. The role involves managing contracts with research sites, overseeing budget compliance, tracking legal documents, and supporting clinical operations in a remote position across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial and ancillary agreements with research sites and organizations
• Develop site and investigator budgets aligned with fair market value and compliance requirements
• Manage contract amendment lifecycle and oversee legal document and metrics tracking
• Review and authorize site payments while ensuring investigator grants comply with study costs
• Identify process improvements to reduce cycle time, create cost savings, and enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years pharmaceutical industry or clinical research experience
• 2+ years' experience negotiating and managing contracts
• Working knowledge of clinical development processes and clinical research
• AI literacy and ability to apply AI tools responsibly in work
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FCPA, Safe Harbor)
• Strong negotiation and problem-resolution skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and database management systems
