The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. This role offers the rare opportunity to help launch a potential first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome and introduce an innovative new mechanism of action that may address a significant unmet need for patients and caregivers. As a founding member of a newly established sales organization, the individual will play a pivotal role in shaping market adoption, building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders, and helping establish Teva's presence in a new therapeutic market. Leveraging a deep understanding of customers, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape, this sales leader develops and executes comprehensive territory strategies while serving as a valued partner to cross-functional teams. Demonstrating a strong Teva-first mindset, the successful candidate balances individual achievement with organizational success and consistently delivers exceptional results through strategic thinking, sound judgment, and high-impact execution.

Ideal candidates will be based in or near Virginia Beach, Hampton Roads, Richmond, or Petersburg, VA. Further details regarding territory alignment and coverage will be discussed during the interview process.

Please note that territory boundaries may be adjusted over time to meet business requirements.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 $160,000 annually. This position also qualifies for participation in the company's sales incentive plan, which rewards employees based on their achievement of defined sales targets and adheres to the plan's established guidelines.
