Requirements Support full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations Act as a trusted HR partner to supervisors and frontline employees Handle employee concerns, coaching, and performance support Administer benefits and answer HR‑related questions Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies Play a key role in workplace safety programs and initiatives Maintain an active presence on the production floor What We're Looking For: Bilingual in English & Spanish (required) 2+ years of HR experience (manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred) Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment law Confident communicator who can build trust across all levels Comfortable in a hands‑on, on‑site role Work Environment: Combination of office and production floor work Cold environment (~37F at times) Active role that involves walking the facility regularly Why Join F&S Fresh Foods?
