You willplay a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Brief Summary of Duties: Assisting customers through email and in person Assist in pulling and packaging of equipment for shipment Prepare IT type Equipment to be listed for sale on eBay Assist in the remarketing of IT type equipment Use internal software (Everest and Iinvision) and Sixbit software used to list equipment online Keeping the storage locations of listed equipment neat and organized Other duties as assigned by department supervisor Experience and/or Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Proficient tying skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills Familiar with selling on eBay and other online sales venues Is able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Experience and/or Education Preferred: A+ certified, Degree in Electronics or IT field Background working with PC type equipment Previous employment in computer related job Good working knowledge of IT equipment and its value Personal Skills Necessary to Interact with Staff, Customers and Clients: Demonstrates productivity and the ability to work effectively with others. Demonstrates the ability to multitask and is outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated. Shows initiative and maintains an above-average work ethic. Brings a creative approach to marketing initiatives. Learns new concepts quickly and effectively.
