Join McLane as a Field IT Support Technician and play a critical role supporting restaurant and retail distribution centers with frontline technology services. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical knowhow with a strong customer-service mindset. This position is on site at Findlay, OH, and frequent travel to Sidney, OH will be required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide on-site, hands-on technical support within McLane Distribution Centers
• Support both restaurant and retail service operations with timely, high-quality IT assistance
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, RF and wearable devices
• Support servers, network infrastructure, telecommunications, and related hardware
• Partner closely with operations teams to minimize downtime and resolve issues quickly
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting fast-paced, mission-critical environments
• Document issues, solutions, and equipment changes accurately

What We're Looking For:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 1–3+ years of experience in field IT support, desktop support, or technical support roles
• Experience supporting hardware and software in warehouse, manufacturing, or operational environments preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, RF devices, wearable technology, and peripherals
• Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and telecommunications equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively in the field
• Comfortable working on-site in distribution center environments
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
