INFINITI of Boerne is hiring Automotive Sales Associates in the Boerne, TX and San Antonio area. Our Sales Associates don't just sell cars, they build careers. Our paid training program is framed to teach new comers to the industry how to build a book of business centered around customer service. No prior automotive experience is required. • Own your pipeline: prospect, follow up, and close with consistency and intention.
• Deliver a premium client experience from first contact through final delivery.

• Demonstrated performance history in any field with a verifiable track record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with the discipline to execute a plan, not just hustle.
• Professional presentation and polished client-facing presence.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Required

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
