Recruiting Coordinator

Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting operations for a district network office or a network office in Pittsford, NY . This onsite role helps the recruiting team attract, recruit, select, and contract financial representatives through coordinated administrative support, candidate communications, and organized tracking from start to onboarding. The position provides an overall understanding of the recruitment and selection process, with key emphasis on organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and effective communication across a wide range of individuals. What you’ll do Maintain inventory and readiness of recruiting materials and kits Track and update recruitment pipeline files Send targeted communications to candidates at each stage of the selection process Coordinate community events and campus career fairs Schedule and reschedule interviews as needed Prepare recruiting activity and tracking reports Support leadership team members to help facilitate the recruitment process Source resumes from recruiting job boards and create referral lists through social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook Use an applicant tracking system to update the candidate database Communicate candidate timelines and onboarding completion updates Assist candidates with completing contract and licensing paperwork Track onboarding task completion and report progress to leadership Coordinate office and materials setup for new representatives What you bring Two years of recent administrative support experience Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite , including Outlook , Word , and Excel Demonstrated ability to work professionally as a team member and with people at all levels Tools and technologies used Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) LinkedIn Facebook Applicant tracking system Location and pay Location: Pittsford, NY, onsite (in person) Salary: USD 40,000 to 45,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwestern Mutual
