1+ year related experience preferred (mortgage clerk, bank clerk, data entry clerk, etc.). Perform heavy 10-key data entry with accuracy. Sort, label, and file loan documents and packages. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Copy and scan documents for processing. Track and enter package details into the system. Organize loans alphabetically and file them accordingly. Use ladders (26 step) to retrieve and store documents. Lift up to 35 lbs. Manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required.
