This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines for production, warehouse, fulfillment, quality, maintenance, technical, administrative, and professional positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies while ensuring candidates receive a professional, positive experience throughout the hiring process.Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcing Job Responsibilities:Source qualified active and passive candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, schools, workforce organizations, and recruiting eventsBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume, recurring, and hard-to-fill positions across manufacturing, production, warehouse, fulfillment, quality, maintenance, and related functionsConduct targeted candidate research, outbound calls, application reviews, and initial phone or virtual pre-screensEngage candidates by providing accurate information about positions, schedules, work environment, compensation, benefits, and company expectationsMaintain timely candidate communication and coordinate qualified candidates with recruiters for next stepsMonitor sourcing activity and identify effective channels and strategies for attracting qualified talentDevelop relationships with workforce organizations, technical schools, community colleges, veteran organizations, and other talent partnersParticipate in job fairs, hiring events, open interviews, community outreach, and recruitment marketingMaintain accurate candidate records, screening results, sourcing activity, and dispositions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Track and report on candidate pipelines, source effectiveness, and recruiting activityFollow established recruiting processes, company policies, confidentiality requirements, equal employment opportunity standards, and applicable employment lawsTalent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcing Job Requirements & Working Conditions:Minimum of two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or a related HR functionProven experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channelsExperience recruiting within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution environment preferredExperience with high-volume or hourly recruiting preferredProficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing databases, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skillsAbility to exercise discretion and maintain confidentialityBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Must be able to work in an office setting within a manufacturing facility and occasionally enter production areas requiring proper PPECompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $70,000.00All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
