AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Overview As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of the company, proud of it, love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our values and bring your real self to work every day. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends‑first mindset. Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Work across zones—Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom—flexibly as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates to complete tasks and support teamwork. Act with integrity and always follow AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Enjoy interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work during guest peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passionate about AE and Aerie products. Previously worked in retail. At least 16 years of age.
