AP Accountant

We’re hiring an AP Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounts payable and general ledger activity in an accounting environment while maintaining an 8‑4:30 work‑life balance. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong attention to detail, a solid accounting foundation, and the ability to manage invoice processing, documentation, and month‑end support with accuracy and consistency. The right candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working across vendor and internal accounting functions. Responsibilities Prepare and process vendor invoices accurately and within required turnaround times. Review and verify supporting documentation to ensure proper coding and general ledger recording. Maintain accounts payable records, assist with aging reviews, and support month‑end close activities. Serve as a point of contact for vendor‑related questions while ensuring internal procedures are followed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Experience with general ledger accounting and accounts payable processes. Strong knowledge of GAAP and core financial accounting principles.
