District Sales Manager

Role Overview Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) that are accountable for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and coach and develop your team. Responsibilities Lead a team of Account Sales Managers in executing in-store strategies for essential customers. Drive sales volume and meet or exceed sales targets. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance. Coach, train, and develop ASMs to improve sales skills and motivate performance. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of store activity and sales data. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management. Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals. Valid U.S. driver’s license. DOT medical card or ability to obtain one. Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays. Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage. Travel required: 0–10%. Full‑time, permanent position.
